Official translation of documents to and from English, Greek, Russian, Spanish and other languages, incl. making of notarial copies! Do you need to have a document translated into Czech or vice versa? Foreigners provides certified (official, sworn) and standard translation as well as additional services of documents preparation for translation (notarial verification) and follow-up shipping of translated documents!
Certified Translation This translation is used for official purposes (requested by authorities, embassies, universities, etc.), must be performed by an appointed court interpreter and always consists of: 1. the original / true copy 2. its translation 3. court interpreter’s clause with signature and round stamp all attached together. By law, certified translations must always be bound to the original or a certified copy (not a regular photocopy, but one authorized by a Czech notary).
Notarial Verification This means having a copy of the original document made by a notary, thus proving that it is a true copy of the original. A notarial copy may replace the original in certified translation and helps you keep the original intact for other purposes in the future. We highly recommend to make a notarial copy of each document that you are planning to translate officially. If you haven't got such copy, just bring us the original and we will arrange and translate the certified copy so that your unique original remains safe!
Standard Translation Unlike the certified translation, the standard one is not for official, but for information, marketing and personal purposes and doesn't have to be processed on paper because it is not governed by law.
Language Combinations and Processing Time We can handle virtually any language combination and direction. If you are in a hurry, we'll arrange express translation (within 24 hours) for an extra fee. To speed up the process, send us the document scanned so that we can start translating immediately upon payment receipt and the physical original/notarial copy can be delivered consequently.

Calculation and Final Price Since the calculation of translation is based on the extent of target text in standard pages (= 1800 characters including spaces), we are able to provide you with final price only after the translation processing. For that reason the price is divided into an advance payment (approx. half of the estimate) and the rest is paid upon collection of the final documents.
Delivery Abroad Cannot come in person? You can send your documents by regular post and we can also ship the translation back to you - feel free to select the most convenient shipping method.
