trombocitopenia? Sep 22, 2005 Una cifra de 125.000 plaquetas puede ser considerada trombocitopenia? Los demas parámetros de la coagulacion (fibrinógenos, tiempo de prottrombina, etc..)están en rangos normales. CD4 986 y CV indetectable. Tratamiento con Kivexa y Viramune. No problemas hemorragicos. En los ultimos años las plaquetas siempre han estado en el rango bajo (140.000 -130.000). ¿Tiene esta cifra de 125.000 algun valor? Gracias por su amabilidad.

Hola, Típicamente, el rango normal de las plaquetas es entre 150.000 y 450.000, por tanto cualquier cifra por debajo de 150.000 estrictamente hablando saca el título de tromobocitopenia, que simplemente quiere decir un nivel bajo de plaquetas en el sangre. Es muy común en los portadores: de hecho un 11 por ciento la tiene. En tu caso, el nivel de trombocitopenia es muy leve y ha estado muy estable mientras varios años. (La cifra de 125.000 se consideraría dentro de tu rango típico) Continúa controlando las plaquetas (es un componente del conteo completo de células CBC por sus siglas en inglés) cada tres o cuatro meses. Es todo. ¡Felicitaciones por tus CD4 de 986 y tu carga viral indetectable! Mucha suerte y un gran abrazo.
