Ayes. Motion Carried. Approval of Reqular Aqenda MOVED Hammer SECONDED Merkel to approve the regular agenda with the addition of a Closed Session for the purpose of discussing Performance Evaluation and Pending Litigation. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
Gitizens Aqenda ltems 1. Karen Dixon, representative to the Chelsea District Library, informed Council regarding library packets and the cost involved in producing and delivering these packets. Ms. Dixon informed Council that if she would not be able to make the Council meetings she would send correspondence so that Council could be informed on what was happening with the library. Public Gomments Debbie Rydzon, Chelsea Farmers Market, informed Council of the plans for the Chelsea Farmers Market this summer including a Chef Series, Children Series and putting articles in the local paper to keep the community informed and hopefully let newcomers in the area know this is available. Jim Machnik, spoke to Council regarding the Chelsea Master Plan, and the fact that the Planning Commission meetings should be televised. Council Meeting Minutes February 14,2006

Resolution to Authorize Electronic Transactions Currently, the City processes certain financial transactions electronically through an automated clearing house (AcH). one of the comments from the auditors in their dopt a policy regarding the use of ACH a model provided by the auditors.
