SEKRETARIAT JENDERAL Jalan Lapangan Banteng Barat No. 3-4 Jakarta Telepon 3811244, 3811642, 3811654, 3811658, 3811679, 3811779 —————————————————– PENGUMUMAN Nomor : BII/I-a/Kp.00.3/1060/2009 TENTANG PENERIMAAN CALON PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL DI LINGKUNGAN DEPARTEMEN AGAMA TAHUN 2009 Berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Nomor : 277 Tahun 2009 tentang Formasi Pegawai Negeri Sipil Departemen Agama Tahun 2009, Panitia Pengadaan CPNS Departemen Agama memberikan kesempatan kepada mereka yang memenuhi syarat untuk mengisi lowongan formasi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Tahun 2009, sebagai berikut : I. FORMASI PADA UNIT ESELON I PUSAT A. PERSYARATAN 1. Warga Negara Indonesia; 2. Berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 Tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 35 tahun (pada tanggal 1 Desember 2009). 3. Bagi pelamar yang berusia lebih dari 35 Tahun sampai dengan 40 Tahun harus melampirkan bukti wiyata bakti sampai dengan tanggal 1 Desember 2009 minimal 12 Tahun 8 bulan secara terus menerus dan tidak terputus pada instansi pemerintah / lembaga swasta yang berbadan hukum; 4. Ijazah yang diperoleh dari Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang belum memperoleh izin penyelenggaraan sebagaimana Keputusan Mendiknas Nomor184/U/2001 tanggal 23 November 2001 harus disahkan oleh Kopertis / Kopertais; 5. Ijazah yang diperoleh dari Perguruan Tinggi/Lembaga Pendidikan Tinggi Luar Negeri, harus melampirkan Surat Keputusan Penetapan tentang Penyetaraan /tanda sah dari Ditjen Pendidikan Tinggi Diknas/Ditjen Pendidikan Islam Departemen Agama; 6. Legalisir copy ijazah Universitas/Institut ditandatangani oleh Rektor, Dekan atau Pembantu Dekan Bidang Akademik, sedangkan legalisir copy ijazah Sekolah Tinggi ditandatangani oleh Ketua atau Pembantu Ketua Bidang Akademik; 7. Tanggal penetapan ijazah harus sebelum tanggal lamaran, sedangkan surat keterangan atau pernyataan lulus tidak dapat digunakan untuk melamar; 8. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap; 9. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Pegawai Negeri Sipil atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai BUMN/BUMD atau Pegawai Swasta; 10. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Pegawai Negeri Sipil; 11. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Wilayah Republik Indonesia atau negara lain yang ditentukan oleh Pemerintah; 12. Tidak menjadi anggota/pengurus PARPOL; 13. Bersedia memenuhi peraturan dan perundang-undangan/ketentuan yang berlaku di lingkungan Departemen Agama. B. CARA MENDAFTAR 1. Menyampaikan lamaran yang ditulis tangan sendiri dengan tinta hitam dan ditandatangani oleh pelamar dengan melampirkan : a) Foto copy ijazah yang dilegalisir sesuai dengan kualifikasi pendidikan yang dibutuhkan; b) Pas photo hitam putih/berwarna ukuran 3 x 4 cm sebanyak dua lembar; c) Foto copy KTP yang masih berlaku. 2. Lamaran pada unit eselon I pusat dialamatkan ke Kotak Pos 22339 Jakarta 10000 dengan mencantumkan satuan kerja unit eselon I yang dituju dan jenis ketenagaan yang dilamar di sudut kiri atas pada amplop lamaran; 3. Pelamar wajib melampirkan amplop balasan yang telah ditempel perangko kilat dengan menuliskan nama, alamat dan kode pos. C. WAKTU PENDAFTARAN Waktu pendaftaran mulai tanggal 5 Oktober 2009 sampai dengan stempel pos tanggal 20 Oktober 2009. II. FORMASI SATUAN KERJA DAERAH Bagi Pelamar yang ada di daerah, dapat melihat pengumuman dan mengajukan lamaran sesuai dengan formasi pegawai yang ada pada satuan kerja daerah masing-masing yang meliputi : 1. Kantor Wilayah Departemen Agama Provinsi 2. Kantor Departemen Agama Kabupaten/Kota 3. Institut Agama Islam Negeri 4. Institut Hindu Dharma Negeri 5. Universitas Islam Negeri 6. Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri 7. Sekolah Tinggi Agama Kristen Negeri 8. Sekolah Tinggi Agama Hindu Negeri 9. Sekolah Tinggi Agama Buddha Negeri 10. Balai Diklat Keagamaan 11.
