All Employee Hobby Show Application and Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in the All Employee Hobby Show. We appreciate your submission to share your work with your fellow colleagues. Below you will find an application to participate and a list of guidelines for the program. Please register by Friday, May 4 to enter. Space is limited. Please state if you will participate on one or both days:

• Other ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Guidelines: • You may setup your table at 10:00 a.m. and all setup must be complete by 11:15 a.m. • Bring at least one of your actual items in your hobby. Please have pictures available in case you are unable to bring multiple items. • All items must be removed daily by 2:30 p.m. • We will provide tables, chairs and tablecloths. • You are not allowed to sell items or provide pricing on the property. You may provide visitors with a business card containing your contact information. • Handouts and other information regarding your hobby are welcome. • If you are unable to be at your table the entire time, please have a backup. • We are not responsible for unattended items. • You will receive an email from a program coordinator to confirm your participation.
