If major customers delay their payments, all SMEs can do is send a reminder, look at their bank account and pray. Interestingly, most debtors do have the money. Invoices Swipe invoices can be sent to your clients by email. If your merchant’s profile is verified, Swipe invoices can be paid using a bank card in just two clicks. Do I have to pay an additional fee for sending invoices by SMS? No! SMS sending is free of charge and available for each verified account. 7. What is required to pay for an invoice? To pay for Swipe invoices you need to have Visa or MasterCard payment card. As well as, every invoice can be paid by making a transfer to merchant bank account. 8. How soon will I be notified about a received payment for an invoice? A notification about received payment will be sent immediately to your e-mail, as well as it will appear in your Swipe account. 9. Is there any additional cost for using subscriptions? No. Subscriptions are available for every Swipe user. 2. Why can't I enable SMS invoicing for my subscriptions? Most likely your Swipe account has not been verified. If this is not the case, please contact us. 3. Do reminders work when sending invoices using subscriptions? Yes. Reminders are available for every Swipe user.

Payments Swipe payments enable invoices to be paid instantly and recurring payments for subscriptions. To accept payments verified merchant account is necessary. Your business is going online? Refunds Swipe provides one click refunds for every verified merchant. Clients are refuded directly to the card the payment was made from. 1. How can I request a refund? As a client you need to contact your merchant directly to negotiate on the refund. 2. Is there a fee for refund? No. Swipe provides free payment refunds. 3. Can I transfer a refund to a different client's card? No. Just the original card payment card can be refunded from your Swipe dashboard. Client can always transfer the funds further himself. 4. How to cancel a refund? Refunds can't be cancelled. However, you can sent a new invoice for the customer.

Notifications Swipe provides a notification system for you and your clients. So you don't have to make awkward phone calls reminding about the unpaid invoices. 1. How will I know that client has made a payment? For every payment made by any client you will receive a notification to the registered mail address and the status in you Swipe account will change to "Paid". 2. What do reminders do? Reminders help merchants clients to remember that they have an unpaid invoice. This is done to improve the paid invoice rate for every Swipe user. 3. How can I enable or disable reminders? Reminders are enabled by default and can be disabled in your personal Swipe account in the settings section. 4. Can I change reminder message? Unfortunately, no! Every notification is predestined and predesigned before being sent to the client. 5. Can I use reminders if I don't have a verified account? Yes! Reminders are a crucial part of the invoice functional, so any registered member can be sure that Swipe will motivate their clients to make the payments faster. 6. What notifications does Swipe send? Funds 1. What happends to my finds if Swipe sudenlly stops opperating? Funds are being in Swipe account, which itself is the merchants legal transit account in Rietumu bank. It exist only for the purpose of transfering recieved payments to the merchants bank account.

Non-verified account Your account is the main tools where to follow all transaction statuses, set up subscriptions and have the whole Swipe fuctionality in your hands. 1. What is the cost of using Swipe? You can learn about Swipe pricing here. 2. I forgot my password. How do I reset it? You can reset you password here. 3. How to change my password? Go to your Swipe account. At the top right, click on username and choose settings in the drop-down menu. At the page bottom you will find password settings. Press "change". 4. How much does the registration cost? There are no additional fees for registering. The only cost for using Swipe is a fee for every transaction made by payment card via Swipe. 5. What happens if the client has paid an invoice by bank transfer, not by card? Your client will receive a e-mail notification after an unpaid invoice and will have the choice to pay it now or select that the payment was made via a bank transfer. If this is selected, merchant will see the status of the payment change to "Received". In this case this is your responsibility to check if the payment is aactually received. 6. How can I get in touch with someone at Swipe? Sure! You can call the contact number in our website under selection "Contact Us" or just write us now.

Verified account 1. From what countries clients can make payments? Payments can be made from any part of the world. 2. In what countries Swipe is available for use? At the moment Swipe.lv is available to Latvian companies. Any owner of Visa and MasterCard payment card around the world can pay for products and services. Soon Swipe.lv will be available in all European Union countries as well as in Andorra, Channel Islands, Iceland, Isle of Man, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Turkey and Vatican City.

Verification As a verified merchant, you have the whole Swipe fuctionality in your hands. Enabling you to with a powerfull set of tools to get paid faster. 1. What are the advantages of having a verified Swipe profile? A verified Swipe profile provides the possibility to access the whole product functional including: Invoices, Subscriptions, Web Gateway and any form of their functional integration. 2. What is necessary for verification? Potential client must be a legal entity registered in European Union countries as well as in Andorra, Channel Islands, Iceland, Isle of Man, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Turkey and Vatican City. You need to contact our client manager or contacting us directly to arrange a meeting to sign an application. 3. Can I fill in the application form remotely? This option is only available for clients of Rietumu bank by contacting us directly. 4. How long does the verification take? The amount of insurance deposit for other countries is 10% for 120 days. 5. How can I receive my funds from my Swipe account? You can receive funds by pressing "Receive Tomorrow" on your main account page or setting up an automatic transfer in Settings section. 6. Why is my transfer delayed? Most banks only process transfers on business days. Money sent on holidays or weekends may be available when your bank opens. 7. Is there an additional fee for money transfer to my bank account? No! There is no additional fee for money transfer from your Swipe account to bank account. 8. How can I set up an automatic funds transfer to my bank account? Automatic funds transfer can be enabled in the user setting or by pressing here. 9. I do not have the full balance of the payments received in my bank account after the transfer. Why is that? Swipe deducts fee for the service when funds are transferred to merchants bank account.
