The staff are very rude and have a bad attitude to customers. When I went into my room first time I found blood stains and black hair on my bed. I have kindly have ask housekeeping to change the cover and he got into a strop and said he has changed the cover this morning clearly it doesn't seem like it did so I spoken to the manger and he didn't even bother to sort it out . Also the bed sheet wasn't comfortable. Avoid this hotel

Visiting medina The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in booked through a travel agents. The lobby is beautiful and you genuinely believe you are in a decent hotel. However upon entering our room we could hear the toilet water trickling, which went on throughout the night. As well as this no hot water!! It took 24 hours for room service to action and that was only after we threatened to not pay. I even asked to speak to the manager and was told no one was available.

As for the beds, the covers were so old it had lost layers in the cotton with bubbles growing. House keeping claimed there was nothing else, there is a possibility of bed bugs.

I was absolutely gobsmacked at this place, the wifi connection was hilarious! Did not even connect in the room, the receptionists spoke no word of English. They had the audacity to hang up on me. Coming back to the hotel every night was a dreadful thought, I felt sorry for those checking in. Overall please book with caution, there are better hotels nearby for the same price. Disgusting! Stayed for 3 nights and wouldn't recommend to anyone! Room was filthy and constantly had to tell reception to send someone up to vacuum and clean, which they didn't!!! Food is horrible, not usually picky but by far the worst hotel ever with no customer service whatsoever. Constant noise inside, fire alarms goin off all day, lifts weren't working, absolutely hated coming back to the room at the end of each day. Absolute dump.

Umrah trip Visited Madina for Umrah, and stayed at Sofaraa Al Eman hotel. Pathetic experience. Only reception is beautiful but rooms are like of an below average hotel. Small rooms, very disappointed room service. Washrooms are also very small in size. Not that much near to Masjid e Nabvi. Smelly floors and food too. Overall worst experience. Will not suggest any one to stay here. Waste of money!!!

It is in main hotel area and close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawī, walking distance. It is located near to King Fahad gate main entrance and ladies section. If you stay one or two nights at Madinah then this hotel can be considered.

Stayed in May 2016. A very nice homely hotel. Staff friendly and efficient. Rooms are cleaned daily. Bathtub a bit small. Bigger persons might have difficulty showering in the space as the shower is in the bathtub. No room service. Only breakfast served. Constant noise from the water trucks in the road might be irritating. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. Room Tip: To avoid the constant noise of the water trucks, ask for a higher floor.
