AMERIKA SERIKAT Akuntansi di Amerika Serikat diatur oleh badan sektor khusus Dewan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan, akan tetapi yang menjadi penyokong kewenangan terhadap standarisasi mereka adalah agensi kepemerintahan Komisi Keamanan dan Kurs (SEC). SEC memiliki kewenangan penuh untuk menjelaskan standart akuntansi dan laporan perusahaan publik akan tetapi bergantung pada sektor swsta dalam penerapan standardisasi tersebut. Hingga tahun 2002, Institute Sertifikasi Akuntansi Publik Amerika, sebagai badan khusus lainnya juga mengaudit standarisasi mereka.

Tinggalkan komentar 1. 1 Oktober 2014 Pagi menjelang siang hari, saya bergegas untuk berangkat ke tempat saya menuntut ilmu yaitu Universitas Gunadarma. Mengendarai motor dengan kecepatan maksimal saya lakukan agar bisa sampai dengan tepat waktu di tempat. Sesampainya di jalan raya Kalimalang saya menemukan pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh oknum Polisi yang memberhentikan kendaraan bermotor karena menerobos lampu merah, tindakan yang dilakukan polisi sangatlah tepat. Tetapi setelah memberhentikan pengendara motor tersebut lalu polisi itu meminta uang damai karena si pengendara tidak mau ditilang. Tindakan tersebut sangatlah tidak baik karena seharusnya polisi tersebut tidak akan menerima uang atau suapan dari si pelanggar lalu lintas, tindakan yang seharusnya dilakukan adalah menilang pengendara tersebut dan melanjutkan proses tersebut di kepolisian.
