Testimonials One of the most rewarding things for the Walk with Attitude team is receiving and reading all the incredible testimonials. We truly appreciate all the wonderful comments and support. Thank you! Kate, Jackie and and the Team @ Walking with Attitude

It's been almost two months now since I joined WWA, and I'm so pleased I did. I've lost 7.5kg so far, my mood has almost completely stabilised (I'm bipolar), and I now look forward to exercising instead of avoiding it like the plague :) I'm hoping to very soon get my mother to join, because there are few people on the planet who need this site as much as she does. Keep up all the wonderful work you're doing, guys. mummymunt, AU Hi Kate, Jackie and WWA Team 30 million steps! (Although I have limped it in over the past couple of months). Thanks again for your wonderful program - which just keeps improving year after year. Best regards. Mike Tierney miketierney, AU I was very excited to find this site, as my husband is participating in the a Corporate Challenge (workplaces get walking teams together to try and do a minimum of 10,000 steps a day - hubby's team hovers around the top 10 in the world!). As his challenge is a corporate thing I couldn't join in, but now, having found WWA, I can :) Today is only day two for me, but already by noon I had beaten my Day 1 total, so it's going well so far! I look forward to many, many more steps. mummymunt, AU This is such a great website. I joined a couple of years ago and (admittedly) have only completed one challenge in that time. But I keep coming back to it, because it is really a great tool, that keeps on getting better and better. Good on you Kate and team! trish, AU After a long illness and a lot of weight gained I joined this site at the new year and month on month my daily steps average is going up from just over 2000 to 10000 per day. On days when I really would rather not get going it is WWA which gets me off the couch and out! I have always loved walking but it became hard work and the 0 to 10000 steps challenge which i did first was great it gave me the motivation to increase my steps without jumping in at the deep end and trying for 10000 daily from the start which would have just ended in failure. A brilliant site, I am so glad I found it and now my neice has joined and I have a walking buddy too.
