Remote Assistance – getting help from our technical support staff is now easier that ever. Simply click the Help menu on the main Wallace screen and select “Remote Assistance” and your PC will be set up for our technicians to connect to your system. Export to Excel Spreadsheets – we have enhanced our export capabilities and now have the ability to export data from nearly every module to an Excel spreadsheet. Simply choose any of the export buttons and your live Wallace data will be loaded into a spreadsheet and displayed on your
screen for you to manipulate. Vehicle Inventory – View how long you have owned any vehicle in your inventory in real time. Simply run a vehicle inventory report or look at the vehicle record to see the number of days and years you’ve had it in your inventory, allowing you to make informed decisions when working a deal. Print Preview – we have enhanced our report printing capabilities to include the ability to preview and select which pages of a report to print, rather that having to print the entire report. Email – the Wallace customer database now offers the ability to store customers email address and the technology to send emails from within Wallace. (i.e. Special Order arrival notice, Work Order completion notice, monthly specials, etc…) Automatic Accounts Payable Posting- a new integration between our Accounts Payable and Inventory Modules can create a payable entry automatically when an order is received. Digital Video & Imaging- you can now attach digital video and images to your parts, customers, vehicles, and repair orders. This new feature allows you to quickly identify a cus-
tomer or part, or show a potential customer a vehicle without having to physically track it down. Customize your own Forms – we have integrated fully customizable laser printing into all of our modules. Now you can modify your invoices, work orders, service bills, statements, and vehicle paper work to you unique specifications. All Access Bar-Coding – we have developed a new barcoding format that now allows you the ability to create and scan bar-codes for anything, as well as the capability of reading vendor UPC codes. You are no longer restricted to bar-coding parts only.
BRP StockPro Integration— This system allows your Wallace system to process requests from the Bombardier Recreational Products StockPro system. This allows you your inventory to be uploaded to the BRP parts locator web site, and automatically import prices update and orders.
Integration— create an EBay listing for any part / unit in your inventory from within the Wallace System
Automatic Back-up – we have designed our system to be backed up automatically as a zip file which may now be stored on various types of removable media (tape, CD-R, CD-RW, Zip Drive, Thumb Drive, etc…). User Control Options – we have designed a complete management utility in order to track and manage all users that have logged into the Wallace system.
