Dear SIR I was Promoted to Dear SIR I was Promoted to the Post of Scton Co ntroller in erst while scale of 5500-9000 on 03.01. 06 & joined the post on 10.01.2006.Eventhough it is post with mandatory Training buth there was bn o system in S.E.C.Railway to sent for Training to ZRTI fgor induction course of Controlllers Event hough there was circular Existing to this effect fro m 2002.SUBSEQUENTLY i was promoted as La w assistant on 17.09.2006.It is worth mentionong that no Fixation was done on 10.01.2006 in conso nace with FR1313.Again in the month of October 2006 my promotion was antidated at par with my juniors from MAR 2005 basically there was an err or in promotion only upon my representation in A PRIL 2006.After thge implmentation of pay Com mission my contntion is that i may be fixed at par with Running catagory staff since i was physically working as Guard as on 01.01.2006.If fixation wa s done on that Day my pay would not have been r educed due to implementation of Pay Commission recomendations Moreover even after the direction of Hon'ble CAT/JBP CPO has rejected my Claim by passing a speaking order.Now still it is pending in Second Round of LitigationKindly let me know ur Views PLS Log in or register to post comments

dear sir as i have been dear sir as i have been appointed as an ASM and have completed training from 02-04-2013 to 13-08-2013 a t ZRTI chandausi and reported on 14-08-2013 then w e have been asked to come on 26-08-2013 for line tra ining. sir i want to know weather we will be paid for the period 14-08-2013 to 25-08-2013. is there any pr ovision of waiting for order. sir plz replly Log in or register to post comments
