Wire Instructions for U.S. Stock Plan Participants If you wish to have your proceeds wired to your bank or other financial institution please follow the wire instructions below. There are 2 wire transfer methods available to U.S. participants. 1. Bank Wire (Called U.S. Fed Fund Wire on website) (Funds are sent in U.S. Dollars only) 2. Electronic Funds Transfer (Funds are sent in U.S. Dollars only) The table below will help you determine the best method to suit your needs. Method

To request either of these wires, you must first set up your wire instructions on your stock plan account at www.benefitaccess.com. Once logged into the site, go to the “My Profile” tab and select the “Tax and Banking Information” tab. Here you will see links to Bank Wire (called U.S. Fed Fund Wire Instructions on the site) and Electronic Funds Transfer.
Instructions for Bank Wire (U.S. Fed Fund Wire Instructions) Important: Before you start to set up your online instructions, contact your financial institution to obtain the ABA number and other relevant information to complete the transfer. To send proceeds to a U.S. bank, follow the four-step process: 1. 2. 3. 4.
Bank Type – Select the radio button next to U.S. bank. Bank Information – Enter your bank’s ABA number and your account number at the bank. Summary – Review your information and confirm by entering your stock plan account password. Confirmation – Receive a confirmation of your wire instructions. Click on “Close” to return to the home page.
To send proceeds to a non-U.S. bank, brokerage firm or a credit union, follow the five-step process: 1. Bank Type – Select the radio button corresponding with non-U.S. bank, brokerage firm or credit union. 2. Intermediary Bank Information – Enter the ABA number and other identifying numbers that may be requested on the page. 3. Receiving Bank Information – Enter the a) name, b) city/province, c) state/country and d) your account number at the nonU.S. bank, brokerage firm or credit union. 4. Summary – Review your information and confirm by entering your stock plan account password. 5. Confirmation – Receive a confirmation of your wire instructions. Click on “Close” to return to the home page.
