The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders Perishable products (like food or flowers) Digital downloads Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) Returns and exchange details (EN) -- If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact me within 1 week after you got your parcel and send me the pictures of the damaged items for replacement. Thanks to my superpowers, I'll send your items again. -- Please read the description carefully of the items you are buying, ESPECIALLY the color and measurement. Please drop me a message on any feature. CANCELLATION PROCEDURE AFTER SHIPMENT: - Please send the returned product back in its original packaging and returned in the same new condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories and documentation. Your only cost for returning the item(s) is the cost of international shipping. - Please send the item back to me in 7 days after receiving for a refund or exchange. I will issue refund via WESTERN UNION. (I can't issue refund via PayPal since PayPal is not available here) - Once the item is received by me, your refund, less any shipping charges paid on the original order, will be processed within 2 -3 business days. Please understand that it may take several business days for the bank to process the credit to your account. - During refund procedure, I highly recommend using a shipping method that offers package TRACKING.
