The Various Company I did work for in the past, are fun loving environments, they all had good Managements. The Employees and Employers were friendly and nice people. lt is a good working company but the current economic situation in the county is so tough to bear. l want to leave in order to get to a new challenging organization where l can explore my experience which is carped . Pros teas and free lunch
Cons working 10hrs per day for 14 days then go for 7 days off.

Managing a maintenance contract originally with 100 employees consisting of Artisans, Assistants, Stores Clerks, Data Clerks and other Admin employees. Providing a service to a client with a mandate to provide maximum possible equipment availability for mining operations of which the benchmark is 85% equipment availability. Safety at the work place is a priority! The hardest part is answering to the client's senior management when an incident occurs be it a near miss, a slip and fall incident or an actual injury. The most enjoyable part is being commended for enabling the client to achieve and sometimes exceed their pruduction calls. Typically my day involves among other things Financial Management, Invoicing, Human Resource Management, Maintenance Management, Planning, Inventory Management, Monthly Performance Presentations, Training Management, Safety Management Systems ie OHSAS 18001, 14001, 9001. Productive and Well Rounded Precious Metal Machine Operator (Current Employee) – Palm Coast, FL – June 7, 2016
A typical work day involved knowing what need to be done, and in a well and productive fashion, I've learn a lot from machine set up to perform tubing, wiring, stripping and forming of gold, platinum, silver, titanium and copper wire. Management is good but could use more knowledgeable personnel of the work that is being perform at hand. My co-worker are awesome a great group of people and thanks to them I've learn so much about this type of profession. The only hard part about this job was learning so much at once which after a while became second nature. The most joyful part about this job is that you have the chance to work with good people that were welling to do whatever it took to make sure you knew what you were doing. Pros Benefits and PTO days

daily tasks are timeous based, mantainence, breakdowns and safety is priority so that require a higher sense of discipline in the workplace .teamwork also plays a huge role as our machines requires different artisans(electricians,mechanics,technicians) to work together inorder to reach daily goals Pros underground enviroment - no lunches

determined management production oriented with safety in mind ,hardworking staff to the goal ,oneness.knowledge is power . at the mines you wont make it without the know how of underground machinery mechanics.
