Great working environment and great hours, relaxing and great co-workers with a family environment. The hardest part is no chance for advancement within the company and not always possible for paid schooling. Pros Great hours

Aprendi praticamente tudo o que sei lá, ela nos incentiva e estimula ao crescimento e nos dá oportunidades. A direção era competente e estava sempre á disposição para juntos encontrarmos a melhor maneira para ambas as partes. A integração entre os colegas era muito boa, eramos uma família. A parte difícil era irrelevante devido ao suporte que nos era prestado. A parte agradável era o período que estava na empresa, pois eu gostava do que fazia e era reconhecido por isso. De um modo geral a minha avaliação com relação as empresas citadas acima, todas me ajudaram muito profissionalmente, cada uma ao seu modo fizeram de mim um profissional cada vez melhor, cada dia de trabalho era um aprendizado, dos colegas de trabalho ao gerente, todos me trataram gentilmente visando sempre a me ajudar no que fosse necessário, talvez a parte dificil foi no começo,porque cada empresa tem seu sistema de trabalho, mas no decorrer dos dias trabalhados tudo se tornou fácil, uma das partes agradáveis dessas empresas era a união entre os colegas de trabalho, e o trabalho propriamente em grupo. Sandvik as a organisation is a very successful international company. As they have shareholders, as well as to expand their sales base, they are at the same time looking to cut costs at every opportunity. Unfortunately, the decision has been made to outsource services, which follows a trend that has been happening for three years now. Typical day will include Manager, employee, departmental, and location based interaction. Several systems accessed and interacted with. We are a small team, but service the whole of the UK. Hardest part of my job is to orchestrate information to be received into Payroll. The is an arcaic approach to this at Sandvik which is very slow. Often paperwork will be delivered after the Payroll has been processed. Pros Great pay, free drinks machines (!), good modern offices Was this review helpful?

I absolutely loved this Position' great people to work for and good staff and Management.. salary was not great but loving the job was enough for me.. It's only down fall was it was once again casual position with no benefits.. if they had offered me a full-time position at Sandvik' I would never have left there....
