Your KRAV MAGA starts. With the first lesson. For your successful start we have put together the KRAV MAGA First Lesson. It is the first lesson of training for all beginners. We recommend you to take part in this lesson session one time. Just bring sports clothes, trainers and groin guards if you have them. We will train initial basic techniques, show the variety of the system, answer important questions and give you valuable tips. After that you can visit two regular training sessions for free. With the concept we have, you can start at any time. With our First Lesson this is even easier:

The first session is more than a trial session. It is a micro-seminar. The price is 5 €. We take time exclusively for you. A regular trial session can´t provide this. You can´t come at these times? Just come to a trial session in any one of our centres and take part. No need to register beforehand. In total two training sessions are free. We also do our best here, to facilitate you an effective and easy start.
