NAPOMENA NAUýNOG ODBORA Fakultet sporta i fiziþkog vaspitanja Univerziteta u Beogradu je od 2011. godine1 organizator Meÿunarodne konferencije „Efekti primene fiziþke aktivnosti na antropološki status dece, omladine i odraslih“. Tokom poslednjih pet godina, Konferencija se razvijala. Danas je po kvalitetu prepoznatljiva istraživaþima iz Srbije, regiona a i u meÿunarodnim istraživaþkim tokovima. Tokom Konferencije prezentuju se najnovija teorijska saznanja, rezultati nauþnih istraživanja i pozitivnih iskustva iz prakse fiziþkog vaspitanja, sporta i rekreacije. I više od toga: buduüi da je multidisciplinarno orijentisana, Konferencija je mesto razmene iskustava istraživaþa razliþitih profila. Konferenciju podržava Ministarstvo prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja Republike Srbije, Olimpijski komitet Republike Srbije a od predhodne, 2015. godine i Ministarstvo omladine i sporta Republike Srbije. Uþesnici ovogodišnje Konferencije poslali su istraživaþke radove u skladu sa do sada najveüim brojem definisanih tematskih podruþja. Radovi su stigli iz deset razliþitih zemalja, iz Bosne i Hercegovine, Bugarske, Crne Gore, Finske, Grþke, Hrvatske, Makedonije, Slovenije, Turske i Srbije. Meÿunarodni nauþni odbor i recenzentski kolegijum saþinjen od vrsnih nauþnih i struþnih autoriteta iz osam zemalja je, prema kriterijumima koji su raspisani u pozivu za meÿunarodnu nauþnu konferenciju, prihvatio veüinu radova na srpskom i engleskom jeziku u izvornoj formi koju su autori dostavili. Od osamdeset i tri (83) pristigla rada, tri (3) je odbijeno a jedan broj je prihvaüen uz korekcije. Konferencija je realizovana u deset (10) sesija na kojima su usmeno predstavljeni radovi a i putem trinaest (13) poster prezentacija. Na Konferenciji su gostovali pozivni predavaþi iz Republike Finske i Republike Hrvatske. U skladu sa tradicijom, pored uþešüa na Konferenciji, pozivni predavaþi su održali dodatna predavanja za studente doktorskih i master diplomskih studija. Radovi iz Zbornika predstavljaju mali istraživaþki kapital, a iznesene ideje materijale za kritiþke osvrte i dalji razvoj nauke. Ovaj Zbornik rezultat je zalaganja istraživaþa, meÿunarodnog nauþnog odbora, recenzentskog kolegijuma i organizacionog odbora. Svima im se od srca zahvaljujem.

A NOTE OF THE SCIENTIFIC BOARD Since 20112, the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education of the University of Belgrade has been the organizer of the International Scientific Conference “Effects of physical activity application to anthropological status with children, youth, and adults”. For the past five years, the Conference has developed. Nowadays it is recognizable by its quality to the researches from Serbia, the region, and international research circles. During the conference, the latest theoretical knowledge, results of scientific studies and positive experience from the practice of physical education, sport and recreation are presented. Even more than that – being multidisciplinary oriented, the Conference is the place where different profile researchers share their experience. The conference is supported by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia, the Olympic Committee of the Republic of Serbia, and, since 2015, the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Serbia. Participants of this Conference have sent their scientific papers in accordance with the largest number of defined thematic fields so far. The papers have arrived from ten different countries, from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Macedonia, Slovenia, Turkey, and Serbia. The International Scientific Committee and the Review Board comprised of distinguished scientific and professional authorities from eight counties, according to the criteria announced in the call for the International Scientific Conference, have accepted most of papers in Serbian and English in their original form as provided by authors. Out of eighty-three (83) papers that have arrived, three (3) have been rejected, and a number of them has been accepted with corrections. The Conference has been realized in ten (10) sessions in which papers were presented orally, and in thirteen (13) poster presentations. Key note speakers from the Republic of Finland and the Republic of Croatia were the guests of the Conference. In accordance with the tradition that started last year, together with their participation in the Conference, key note speakers gave lectures for students of doctoral and master studies. Papers from the Book of Abstracts represent a small research capital, and the presented ideas material for critical reviews and further development of science. This Book of Abstracts is the result of efforts of researchers, International Scientific Committee, the Review Board and the Organizational Committee. Savremena zapadna kultura više nije „bestelesna kultura“ zasnovana na glorifikaciji racionalne dimenzije ljudskog biüa i „straha od tela“. Trendovi kao što je ubrzan razvoj nauke i tehnologije u XX i na poþetku XXI veka su probudili interesovanje humanistiþkih i društvenih nauka po pitanjima ljudskog života u biološkom smislu, tj., telo i zdravlje. Danas ima mnogo nauþnih disciplina koje su usredsreÿene na telesne aspekte ljudskog života, npr. filozofija, sociologija i antropologija tela, seksualnosti, medicine i sporta, biofilozofija, bioetika, biopolitiþka teorija, studije o polu, itd. Na ovom predavanju razmotriüu trenutnu percepciju života, tela i zdravlja, i pokušati da odgovorim na pitanje kako se neki od gore pomenutih nauþnih pristupa, pre svega bioetika i sportske nauke, odražavaju na takva pitanja. Contemporary Western culture is not anymore a “bodiless culture” based on the glorification of the rational dimension of human being and “fear of the body”. Trends such as accelerated development of science and technology in the 20th and at the beginning of the 21 century have awoken the interest of humanities and social sciences for the issues of human life in the biological sense, i.e. body and health. Today there are many scientific disciplines which are focused on the bodily aspects of human life, e.g. philosophy, sociology, and anthropology of body, sexuality, medicine, and sport; biophilosophy; bioethics; biopolitical theory; gender studies, etc. In this lecture I will consider current perceptions of life, body, and health, and try to answer the question on how some of the above mentioned scientific approaches, primarily bioethics and sports sciences, reflect on such issues. The relationship between bioethics and sport will also be considered.

Ima puno pitanja koja se tiþu uspeha u obrazovanju Finske u meÿunarodnom ocenjivanju uþenika kao što je PISA. Kako jedna mala zemlja sa þudnim jezikom i nezgodnom istorijom može da bude tako dobra? Ova prezentacija pruža istorijski prikaz Finske posle II svetskog rata i objašnjava ulogu obrazovanja koja je dovela do visokog uvažavanja obrazovanja per se. Takoÿe su predstavljene radikalne promene u obrazovnoj politici i ulogama i dužnostima školskih lidera. Neki kljuþni elementi koji stoje iza uspeha obrazovanja Finske se detaljnije razmatraju – obrazovanje nastavnika, specijalno obrazovanje, kontinuitet u obrazovnoj politici, sveobuhvatna reforma škola, politika „ne postoji üorsokak“ i promena od dirigovanog upravljanja do delegiranja ovlašüenja u zajedniþkom i široko orjentisanom pedagoškom rukovoÿenju.

There has been a lot of questions regarding the educational success of Finland in international student assessments like PISA. How can a small country with a peculiar language and a troublesome history do so well. This presentation gives a historical account to Finland after WWII explaining the role of education in leading to the high appreciation to education per se. Also the radical changes in education policy and the roles and duties of school leaders are presented. Some key elements behind the educational success of Finland are discussed in more detail – teacher education, special education, continuity in education policy, the comprehensive school reform, the policy of ‘no dead ends, and the change of top down management to delegation of powers into shared leadership and broad pedagogical leadership.

Uvod Deþji razvoj je u periodu do sedme godine najintenzivniji a svaki aspekt razvoja postavlja zahteve odraslima da planiraju saradnju sa lokalnom sredinom u cilju što uspešnijeg vaspitno-obrazovnog delovanja. Predmet istraživanja su naþini i oblici saradnje vaspitaþa, roditelja i lokalne sredine na promociji sporta u radu sa decom predškolskog uzrasta. Metod Primenom deskriptivne metode, nastojali smo da u empirijskom istraživanju, iz presprektive vaspitaþa, saznamo na koji naþin se na promociji sporta u predškolskoj ustanovi ukljuþuju roditelji i u kojoj meri su prisutni predstavnici sportskih društava, da li je saradnja kontinuirana i koliko doprinosi da se deca zainteresuju za sport i zapoþnu bavljenje razliþitim vidovima sportskih aktivnosti. Uzorak je þinilo 35 vaspitaþa koji rade u predškolskim ustanovama na teritoriji Beograda, Obrenovca i Valjeva, studenata specijalistiþkih studija u Visokoj školi strukovnih studija za vaspitaþe u Šapcu, školske 2015/16. godine. Rezultati sa diskusijom Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da je saradnja sa roditeljima kontinuirana u oblasti razvijanja zdravih životnih navika kod dece i podsticanja na rekreativno bavljenje sportom, meÿutim, kada je u pitanju saradnja sa sportskim društvima, ona se odvija povremeno, ukljuþivanjem predstavnika sportskih društava u vaspitno-obrazovni proces i zajedniþkim uþešüem u okviru sportskih manifestacija. U zavisnosti od ponude u lokalnoj sredini, ukljuþenost dece predškolskog uzrasta u razliþite sportove kreüe se i do 50% (najþešüe su to fudbal i borilþka veštine za deþake a gimnastika za devojþice). Zakljuþak Iako je u pitanju pilot istraživanje na malom, namernom uzroku, uoþava se da potencijali sredine (i gradske i prigradske) nisu u dovoljnoj meri iskorišüeni pa bi buduüim obimnijim istraživanjima trebalo ustanoviti u kojoj meri se deca na predškolskom uzrastu ukljuþuju u razliþite vidove sportskih aktivnosti i kakva je uloga predškolskih ustanova u ovom procesu. Takoÿe, detaljnije prouþavanje primera uspešne saradnje vrtiüa i sportskih klubova pomoglo bi da se postojeüi “modeli” primenjuju i u drugim sredinama. Introduction Child development, in the period up to the age of seven, is the most intense and every aspect of the development establishes requirements for adults to plan cooperation with local communities, in order to provide successful education. The subject of this research are the ways and forms of cooperation between preschool teachers, parents and local communities in the promotion of sports concerning the work with preschool children. Method By applying descriptive methods in the empirical research, we tried to find out, from the preschool teachers point of view, how the promotion of sports in kindergartens include parents and representatives of sports organizations, whether this cooperation is permanent and how it contributes to arise children's interests in sports so that they start dealing with different aspects of sports activities. The sample consisted of 35 preschool teachers working in the kindergartens in Belgrade, Obrenovac and Valjevo, students of specialized studies in the College of Professional Studies for Preschool Teachers in Sabac, during the 2015/16 school year. Results and Discussion The results showed that the cooperation with parents in developing healthy habits and recreational sports activities has been permanent, however, when it comes to cooperation with sports associations, it is conducted on the part-time basis by including representatives of sports associations who participate periodically in the educational process and in sports events. Depending on the offer in the local community, the involvement of preschool children in different sports ranges up to 50% (mostly football and martial arts for boys and gymnastics for girls). Conclusion Although this pilot study was conducted on a small, deliberate sample, it can be seen that the potentials of the environments (both urban and suburban) are not sufficiently exploited so that future extensive research should deal with various forms of sports activities which preschool children are involved in, and find out about the role of preschool institutions in this process. Also, a more detailed study of the examples of successful cooperation between kindergartens and sports clubs would help to use the existing "models" in other environments. Uvod Postoje mnogobrojni istraživaþki podaci koji se tiþu promene ponašanja predškolske dece u vezi sa fiziþkom aktivnošüu i slobodnom vremenom za igru u prirodnom okruženju. Dok fiziþke aktivnosti i aktivnosti koje se izvode napolju zamiru, sati provedeni ispred ekrana (TV, smartfon, tablet) su u uznemirujuüem porasu. Istraživanje koje je sprovela kanadska neprofitna organizacija „ParticipACTION“ otkrila je da deca u Kanadi provode u proseku 7 sati i 48 minuta dnevno ispred ekrana televizora, video igara i kompjutera. Metod Playness kompas (inovacija u obrazovanju) je dizajniran prema teoriji promene kakvu u þetiri uzroka predvidja Aristotel i po ciljevima uþenja koje je definisao Kac (1991). Eksplicitno üemo objasniti kako ovo oruÿe može da podrži sves nastavnika o njihovom sopstvenom mestu što se tiþe dobre prakse i pristupa orijenisanom ka detetu. To je jednostavno sredsto koje se koristi da oceni koliko dobro nastavnici mogu izbalansiraju svoje programe izmeÿu razvojnih potreba i pedagoških ciljeva. ýetiri glavna pravca Playness kompasa su: oliþenje, razigranost, pokret i vrednosti. Rezultati sa diskusijom Oliþenje se sastoji od metoda poduþavanja o tome da smo mi fiziþka tela, i o važnosti toga da razumemo naše telo. Razigranost, drugi deo kompasa, predstavlja ono što je najslavniji naþin postojanja. Treüa taþka je pokret. Pokret je osnovni princip saznanja kroz taktilno – kinestetiþko oseüanje. Poslednja taþka Playness kompasa naglašava važnost obrazovanja koje se zasniva na vrednostima. Vrednosti i odnosi meÿu ljudima su kljuþ kojim se omoguüava da ljudske vrednosti procvetaju i daju znaþenje životu. PLAYNESS PEDAGOGY AS AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO ENHANCE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IN KINDERGARTENS Milan Hosta1 1

Introduction There is extensive research data regarding the changing behavior of preschool children related to physical activity and free play time in natural environments. While physical and outdoor activity is in decline, the hours spent daily in front of the screen (TV, smartphone, tablet) are alarmingly increasing. Research conducted by Canadian non-profit organization ParticipACTION revealed that Canadian children spend an average of 7 hours and 48 minutes a day in front of televisions, video games, and computer screens. Method Playness Compass (an educational innovation) is designed according to the theory of change as envisaged in four causes by Aristotle and upon the learning goals as defined by Katz (1991). We will explicate how the tool can support the awareness of the teachers about their own position regarding good practice and child-centered approach. It is a simple tool used to assess how well teachers are balancing their programs between various developmental needs and pedagogical goals. The four cardinal directions of the Playness Compass are: embodiment, playfulness, movement and values. Results and Discussion Embodiment consists of methods of teaching how we are physical bodies, and the importance of understanding our bodies. Playfulness, the second point of the compass, represents what is the most celebrated mode of being. The third point is movement. Movement is a basic principle of cognition through tactile-kinesthetic feelings. The final point of the Playness Compass emphasizes the value-based importance of education. Values and relations among people are the key to enabling humane virtues to flourish and bringing meaning into life. Conclusion

The presentation will explore the definitions of these four cardinal points and show how pedagogues might employ them to better understand their teaching. MATERIJALNO-PROSTORNI USLOVI PREDŠKOLSKIH USTANOVA ZA REALIZACIJU USMERENIH AKTIVNOSTI Živorad Markoviü1 1

Uvod Fiziþka aktivnost najmlaÿih nije na zadovoljavajuüem nivou po obimu, a još manje po intenzitetu. U celokupnosti problema-slabosti fiziþkog vaspitanja najþešüe se navodi: nedovoljno organizovan i planski rad u predškolskim ustanovama, manja moguünost vaspitaþa da realizuju složene zadatke fiziþkog vaspitanja i neadekvatni, þesto i slabi materijalni uslovi predškolskih ustanova za realizaciju fiziþkog vaspitanja. Cilj rada je bio da se istraže materijalnoprostorni uslovi predškolskih ustanova za realizaciju usmerenih aktivnosti. Metod Istraživanje je transverzalnog karaktera realizovano u 50 predškolskih ustanova na teritoriji Podunavskog, Braniþevskog, Šumadijskog, Pomoravskog, Rasinskog, Raškog, Borskog i Nišavskog okruga u prvom polugodištu školske 2016/2017. Za kategorizaciju predškolskih objekata primenjena je modifikovana šestostepena skala Petroviüeve i sar., (1995). Instrument su popunjavali direktori ili struþni saradnici za fiziþko vaspitanje. Priroda i distribucija dobijenih rezultata odredili su adekvatne statistiþke procedure. U okviru kvantitativne analize podataka primenjeno je procentualno izražavanje frekvencija. Rezultati sa diskusijom Dobijeni rezultati upuüuju da preko 80% predškolskih ustanova nema veliku salu, dok je mala sala prisutna u veüini predškolskih ustanova. Mali je broj ustanova sa velikim terenom rukometnih dimenzija. Kružnu atletsku stazu od 200 m ima svega 10% predškolskih ustanova. Slobodne površine imaju sve predškolske ustanove i one su u 70% sluþajeva travnate. Predškolske ustanove u veüini sluþajeva imaju prostor za sprave i rekvizite. Zakljuþak Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju da na kvalitet fiziþkog vaspitanja u predškolskim ustanovama, aktivno vreme vežbanja i time pravilan razvoj motoriþkih sposobnosti dece predškolskog uzrasta, pored kadrovskih uslova u velikoj meri utiþu i materijalno-prostorni uslovi koji nisu isti u predškolskim ustanovama i ne pružaju iste moguünosti za usvajanje osnovnih elemenata sportsko-tehniþkog znanja. MATERIAL SPATIAL CONDITIONS OF PRESCHOOLS FOR THE REALISATION OF DIRECTED ACTIVITIES Zivorad Markovic1 1

Introduction Physical activity of the youngsters is not on satisfactory level by its range, and even lower by its intensity. In the whole of the problem of the weakness of physical education it is most often stated: insufficiently organized and planned work in preschools, low ability of the teachers to realize complex tasks of physical education and are inadequate, often weak material conditions of preschools for the realization of physical education. The goal of the work was to research material spatial conditions of preschools for the realization of directed activities. Method This research of transversal character was realized in 50 preschools on the territory of Podunavski, Branicevski, Sumadijski, Pomoravski, Rasinski, Raski, Borski and Nisavski regions in the first term of the 2016/2017 school year. For the categorization of preschool buildings the modified six level scale of Petrovic et al., was applied (1995). The instrument was filled by the preschool principals and co-workers for physical education. The nature and the distribution of the results determined the adequate statistical procedures. In the realm of quantitative analysis of the data the percentage research of frequencies was applied. Results and Discussion The results show that more than 80% of preschools do not have big gym, while the small gym is present in most of the preschools. A very small number of preschools have a large handball court. Only 10% of preschools have a 200 metre circular athletic lane. All preschools have free space and in 70% of cases they are grass surfaces. In most of the cases preschools have space for equipment and device. The situation is diverse and in most cases it is identical to the situation in primary and secondary schools (Markovic, 2016). Conclusion The results indicate that apart from experts, material spatial conditions, which are not the adequate in preschools and do not offer the acquisition of basic elements of sport and technical knowledge, have a big influence on the quality of physical education in preschools, active time of exercising and in this way on proper development of the abilities of preschoolers. ODNOSI EPISTEMOLOŠKIH UVERENJA STUDENATA SA CILJEVIMA I STRATEGIJAMA UýENJA Snežana Mirkov1 1

Uvod Ispitivani su odnosi epistemoloških uverenja studenata sa ciljevima koje postavljaju i strategijama koje primenjuju u uþenju. Postavljena su istraživaþka pitanja: Da li postoje veze izmeÿu epistemoloških uverenja i ciljeva i strategija uþenja studenata? Kakav je intenzitet potencijalnih veza? Koji þinioci u najveüoj meri doprinose ostvarivanju veza? Metod Primenjeni su Upitnik o epistemološkim uverenjima (Schommer, 1990) i Instrument za merenje ciljeva i strategija uþenja u koji su ukljuþene stavke iz Skale metakognitivnih strategija uþenika (Sladoje Bošnjak, 2013). Uzorak je þinilo 560 studenata Univerziteta u Beogradu. Primenjena je kanoniþka korelaciona analiza. Rezultati sa diskusijom Utvrÿeno je da postoji statistiþki znaþajna povezanost izmeÿu dva skupa varijabli koja se može opisati putem pet kanoniþkih funkcija. Veze najjaþeg intenziteta ostvaruju su putem prve i druge funkcije. Sledeüi þinioci pružaju najveüi doprinos u ostvarivanju veza.
