Study of museum specimens 2. Mounting 3. Osteology a. Girdles : Frog, Varanus, Fowl and Rabbit b. Skull : Rabbit and Dog. 4. Study of Different types of Feathers of Birds. 5. Major dissections – Teleost 6. Minor dissections – Teleost 7. Cell Biologya. Study of DNA and RNA Models. b. Preparations of Polytene chromosome in chironomous larva c. Squash preparation of chromosome from Onion root tip. d. Study of Meiosis in Grasshopper testis. 8. Embryology : Study of different developmental stages of Frog and Chick – whole mounts and sections.
